I am joined here in the studio by Yana. Yana and I met on a cruise for digital nomads and entrepreneurs and she is serendipitously passing through Ericeira, Portugal, where I live. 

Yana, currently going through a significant transition, asks me her burning questions about hypnotherapy and its role in overcoming personal fears and self-sabotaging behaviors. And specifically how it can help her tackle a block and fear that has been holding her back for years after a business set back.
