Episode 1: A Near Death Experience and Awakening to a Discovery Processs
In the first epiosde of Out of the Trance, my friend Sean, known as The Lucky Dipper, here in Ericeira, Portugal shares his experience of a Near Death Experience followed by being paralyzed after a surfing accident and how this became the most transformative journey of his life.
He started questioning everything and embarked on a discovery process, peeling away the layers of conditioning and finding his true essence. He learned to slow down, listen to his intuition, and think from the heart. This shift in perspective allowed him to embrace his emotions and connect with his whole being.
Sean's story highlights the importance of deconditioning the mind and embracing the wisdom of the heart. In this conversation, we discuss the importance of reconnecting with the childlike wonder and curiosity of life. They explore the concept of inner child work and how societal conditioning can close down the heart space. We also talk about the need to create space and slow down in order to discover one's true essence and navigate the frustrations of life. The conversation touches on the themes of personal agency, milestones, and the choice between the red pill and the blue pill. Sean also introduces his own podcast, The Lucky Dipper, which aims to create a community and share stories of life-changing Near Death experiences.
